Mapping is an incredible process to explore our triggers and or emotional experiences in life. It is a therapeutic tool used to assist in the exploration of patterns in human behaviour and allows us the ability to uncover the beliefs and values as to the “why.”

This activity is best completed with a therapist, however it poses some great inquiry questions to get you started on delving deeper into what is going on for you in your world.
