Connect to embark on a journey of self discovery, personal empowerment, and authentic living. I look forward to hearing from you.

I'm so excited to announce I am moving out into nature to a remote island in Indonesia to manifest a beautiful vision that I have prayed for.

Doing so much personal work lately, women's business, creative unlocking, womb opening; I've had so many breakthroughs moving me on track to being in my purpose and manifesting my dreams, now it's time to integrate!

In the process I've also had many negative beliefs popup, broken records of ideas and judgements of self that just don't serve anyone.

I had to really monitor my thoughts, which is now easier with an increased feelings, but how to manage these amplified nasties?

I used arts therapy, self-channelled healings + affirmations to help be the immigration to my mind and body 👮🏽 ask your visitors the purpose of their visit and either deny or approve their visa.

Your only limitations are those you set upon yourself." -- Roy T. Bennett Observe your thoughts without judgement, acknowledge them, ask why it is there, if it is not there for constructive reasons then it can be redirected - thank them and send them on their way. Words have power, even internally + subconsciously. Speak kindly to yourself actively through affirmations to ensure that conscious space is filled with positive words of self acceptance. Limiting beliefs and talk can turn into contraction, and uncomfortableness, until you vibrate on that frequency and are unable to manifest your dreams. It's time for you to go beyond your limitations, it's safe to be you. If you are noticing limiting self talk or insecurities around your sexuality or body, and you feel like you need help to deal and shift this; please be in contact. Arts therapy, channelled healing can assist in creating a positive environment for you to release blocked energies and beliefs.
Behind every behaviour there is a feeling, reason and belief. Our beliefs are like unquestioned commands, telling us how things are, what’s possible and impossible and what we can and cannot do. They shape every action, every thought and every feeling that we experience. As a result, changing our belief systems is central to making any real and lasting change in our lives.
Beneath every belief is a need.
It feels good
It feels bad
My needs are being met
My needs aren't being met
When we focus on the need rather than the behaviour, we begin to deal with the cause not the symptom, by then seeing the underlying belief to that need. These needs come from beliefs that we acquire and molded along our life's journey.

We are shaped by environment, experience, education and what we are told as we grow.

How do I release, transform, dissipate it?

Step 1. Can you identify the behaviour you are expressing as a result of the pain?
Step 2. Identify the feeling that occurs as a result of the behaviour. Can you feel the emotion you're suppressing, which is causing physical and emotional pain.
Step 3. When you feel a certain way what need is not being fulfilled?
Step 4. Where does this need come from? (what belief system/ circumstance in your life shaped this need).

This is called theming and is a very in-depth way to reflect on our triggers and feelings as they arise to see where they come from. We can work through this together using arts and expressive modalities to meet the trigger and release it.

Can you relate to this or maybe you're at one of the steps along the way to realising and releasing which suppressed or unexpressed emotions are causing physical and emotional pain?
