Real transformation unfolds over time. That’s why I recommend a 3-month journey together to give you the consistency and depth needed for meaningful change. With nearly 10 years of experience supporting clients through personal challenges, I’ve found the 3-month initiation period to be essential for moving beyond doubt, self-sabotage, procrastination, and old patterns. This timeframe allows sincerity, willingness, and lasting change to truly take root.

✦ Package sessions with emergency support option (30min $55 / 60min $110)
✦ Flexibility to adjust after 3 months
✦ Sessions available online, with blended in-person options depending on location
