What is Arts Therapy?

No, it’s not just painting on canvases – and you don’t need to be an “artist” to benefit. Arts Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression – like visual art, movement, drama, and imagination – as a pathway for healing and self-discovery.

Sometimes words alone aren’t enough. Arts Therapy gives you a way to explore feelings, experiences, and parts of yourself that may be hard to express verbally. Through creative processes, you can find clarity, release, and new perspectives in a safe, supportive environment.

Relationship & Family Mediation

Mediation is a supportive and objective space for families, couples, and individuals to work through conflict and restore connection. This 4-session program helps you build healthier communication, repair trust, and create agreements that feel equal and fair for everyone involved.

Mediation can support you if:

  • You’re separated or estranged from a family member and want to reunite
  • You’ve had a disagreement with a partner, relative, or colleague and want to mend the relationship

What to Expect

Mediation is a facilitated process where both parties willingly come together (online or in-person) to be heard, understood, and supported in expressing needs and wants. I guide the space so communication remains fair, safe, and solution-focused.

Sessions are scheduled 1–2 weeks apart, ensuring commitment and momentum towards resolution.
