Shipping of Commissions and Original Art

Your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to you, wherever you are in the world. I’m committed to ensuring your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition. If you have any questions about delivery or special requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Worldwide Shipping Included

All prices include worldwide packaging and shipping. There are no additional shipping or handling fees — the price you see is the total cost of your artwork.

Fulfilment

Processing and dispatch times vary depending on your location and the nature of the artwork:

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days once completed.

  • Digital commissions (vulva artworks) may take up to 8 weeks to create before delivery.

Delivery

Once shipped, artworks are delivered to your nominated address. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally take 10–15 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Digital artworks are delivered electronically in JPEG, PDF, and PNG formats via email.

  • Local pickups can be arranged upon request.

Packaging and Authenticity

Each piece is securely and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
A Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist, can be included upon request.

Delays and Communication

In the unlikely event of a delay, you’ll be contacted promptly using the details you’ve provided. Your satisfaction and the safe arrival of your artwork are always my highest priorities.

 

Art Work Returns and Refund Policy

Buying art online can feel like a leap, and I want you to feel completely at ease when choosing a piece for your home. I believe that you only truly get to know an artwork once you’ve lived alongside it, so I offer a Seven Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible pieces.

Seven Day Money Back Guarantee

If your artwork arrives and doesn’t feel quite right in your space, you may return it within seven days of delivery or attempted delivery for a full refund of the artwork price.

This guarantee applies to:

  • Original artworks

  • One of a kind pieces

  • Sculptural vulva casts

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Commissions

  • Limited edition prints or photographs

  • Sale items

  • Artworks printed or produced on demand

  • Works shipped outside Australia (due to customs and handling complexities)

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
The artwork must be packaged securely in the same condition it arrived. If the piece is damaged due to inadequate packaging, a refund cannot be issued.

For framed works:

  • Custom framing costs are non refundable.

If an artwork is returned in a condition that is different from how it was originally sent, the cost of restoration or loss of value may be deducted from the refund at the artist’s discretion.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Commissioned artworks (please refer to the Cancellations section)

  • Made to order prints

  • Sale items

  • Internationally shipped artworks

  • Any piece damaged in transit during the return process

  • Artworks removed from their stretchers for international shipping

Returns Process

To request a return, please email [email protected] within seven days of receiving your artwork.
Include:

  • Your reason for returning the work

  • Your preferred collection or return date

  • The return address

I will provide the return details, and you’ll need to organise shipping within one week. Please print and include the return confirmation email inside the package.

Refunds are processed once the artwork has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 working days for completion.

To ensure your refund can be processed smoothly, I strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as refunds cannot be issued without proof of delivery or if a piece is lost or damaged during return transit.

Cancellations

Please choose your artwork carefully. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not available.
Commissioned work cannot be cancelled once the creative process has begun.

Cancelling Orders for Original Art

Please choose carefully, as cancellations are not available for original artworks once a purchase has been made.

Cancelling Art Commissions

Commissioned work involves dedicated time, preparation, and materials. For this reason, cancellations are handled as follows:

Within 24 hours of booking
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled booking time, a $120 AUD administration fee will be deducted from your confirmation payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

After the artwork has commenced
If the creative process has already begun, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total commission cost.

If framing or casting has begun
If the framing or casting stage is underway, the entire package cost is forfeited, as materials and labour cannot be recovered.

Copyright and Artistic Process

In all cancellation circumstances, copyright for any artwork that has begun remains with the artist. This includes the right to use or reproduce the work if chosen.

Once a commission has been cancelled, the piece cannot be resumed at a later date, as the creative flow, materials, and process are integrated into a specific moment in time.

Thank you for your understanding. These boundaries support the integrity of my creative practice and honour the time, energy, and intention that goes into each commissioned artwork.
